Greensboro, NC -- Lance Armstrong admitted he used performance enhancing drugs during each of his seven straight Tour de France titles between 1999 and 2005.
But his body language expert Blanca Cobb says his mannerisms indicated he wasn't willing to tell the whole story.
She said he appeared relaxed, crossing his legs and holding his hands calmly in his lap.
But she noticed he took a hard swallow at the beginning of the interview and licked his lips repeatedly throughout.
She says these behaviors show he was anxious and uncomfortable with what was coming or the questions he wasn't sure he wanted to answer.
