Madison, NC -- The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing woman, Debra Purdy Deane.
Deane, 57, was last seen at her home at 102 E. Hunter St. in Madison. She might be traveling in a gold 2007 Honda Accord with the North Carolina license plate YPP-6018.
Deane is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
