Prosecutors have charged Dillon Randall Englert and Harley Ray Stroud with two counts of "Injury to Personal Property" for allegedly shooting out several car windows with a BB gun.

Both men have been in trouble before.

In Davie County, Englert has five pending charges: Second Degree Kidnapping, Possessing a Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia, Breaking and Entering and Felony Larceny.

Stroud faces charges for Possessing a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.

More than one-hundred car windows have been shot out in the Triad within the past few weeks. Are Stroud and Englert to blame for all of them? Police are still investigating.

Winston-Salem Police told WFMY News 2 more charges could be coming.

What's the punishment? Police say each broken window is considered a separate charge. It's a misdemeanor.

A judge can sentence the men to up to a year in jail for each count. If police can tie the men to all 100 broken windows, would they end up with 100 years in jail? Winston-Salem police say that would be up to a judge, but it's unlikely.

Both men have posted their bond to get out jail while they wait for their court dates.
