Dallas-- A judge on Monday barred Deion Sanders' estranged wife from coming within 500 feet of their mansion.
The Collin County judge heard testimony about an April 23 altercation at the home, which Deion Sanders described as a "kicking, biting and scratching attack" by Pilar Sanders. Both were charged with family assault and Pilar, who suffered minor injuries, was jailed for a night.
State District Judge Ray Wheless ruled there was no family violence.
Deion resumed tweeting after the ruling: "The Truth was told baby! I'm doing my dance with my old falcon uniform on with my Gold jacket over it and some cleats! Lol"
A hearing is planned for May 15 to begin deciding custody arrangements for their three children.
