Los Angeles, CA -- Looks like "The Beeb" is off the hook. Authorities have cleared Justin Bieber in a recent dustup with a photographer. Prosecutors in Los Angeles have decided not to file charges against the singer -- who was accused of kicking and punching a photographer outside a movie theater.
An investigation turned up no visible injuries, video, photographs or other evidence that Bieber went after the photographer as claimed. Bieber was leaving a movie theater in Calabasas, California with then-girlfriend Selena Gomez on May 27 when the incident occurred. Authorities say they looked through the photos and videos taken by the paparazzi on hand -- and none indicated Bieber struck the photographer.
