More trouble for Lindsay Lohan. The actress was arrested again early this morning after a fight at the Avenue nightclub in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. Lohan is accused of assaulting a woman around 4am inside the bar. Police sources tell WCBS Lohan allegedly punched the woman.
