FRESNO, CA -- Once again, Madonna has dominated the concert tour circuit. Pollstar magazine reports Madonna grossed $296.1 million in tour revenues in 2012. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band were second, grossing $210.2 million. Roger Waters is third, Coldplay is fourth, and Lady Gaga is fifth.
