Sherman, TX -- Blood alcohol results show Randy Travis was legally drunk when he was arrested naked after a traffic accident in Texas. His blood alcohol level was nearly double the legal limit. Travis has now been formally charged with DWI. He could get up to two years in jail and a $4,000 fine, if convicted. His attorney says Travis has a great deal of respect for law enforcement and has stopped drinking alcohol.
