Panama City, FL -- Police arrested a man who walked away from a prison work-release program.
Florida authorities caught up with Billy Sutton where police say he tried to steal a vacuum cleaner from a store. He was the center of a 2 Wants To Know investigation about prison escapees.
Last march, while on work-release, Sutton just walked away from the McLeansville prison. He was in prison for a 2005 robbery with a dangerous weapon. He will need to be extradited back to North Carolina.
