Jason Davis, the General Manager at the Sportscenter Athletic Club on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro says you have to put in the work and you'll start to see the results.
Davis says the only way to get results is with diet and exercise. Do various abdominal and cardio exercises to help tighten your tummy and reduce your waistline. Nutrition is key. Choose from foods that are high in protein, low in carbohydrates and low in fats. Eat protein & load up on veggies.
