The inspector said yogurt was out of date in the cooler, and old coffee had mold growing in it. Those were both taken care of during the inspection, but there was also no soap or paper towels in the bathroom. News 2 called Eden Corner to see if they've made changes. We have not heard back.

Inspectors said food in the cooler wasn't stored properly, and the plates that were supposed to be clean still had food debris and oil on them. The manager of the restaurant said they corrected everything on the spot.

An inspector said that an employee wasn't washing the pans properly, and there was no thermometer in the kitchen to make sure food is cooked to the proper temperature. The hotel general manager told News 2 he couldn't make any comments.

The Ruby Tuesday inside Hanes Mall was docked 12.5 points. Some equipment was broken, so food wasn't cooked to the proper temperature. The inspector noted that a lot of equipment was also dirty. The manager said that they've made lots of changes and have had everything fixed. They're ready to be reinspected within the next week.
