An inspector found egg rolls stored in bins that had rusted and other food was not stored at safe temperatures. An employee told News 2 they've made changes.

An inspector said dishes and utensils at the assisted living facility needed to be cleaned and food wasn't being thawed properly. When News 2 called Salem Terrace, the nutrition services hung up on us!

The inspector said boxes of food were stored on the floor and there were still food particles on plates and bowls even after they had been washed. News 2 left a message for the manager.
