Winston-Salem, NC - Black Friday shoppers were already in line on Wednesday outside the Best Buy in Winston-Salem, beginning the unofficial kick off the holiday shopping season.
In 2011, U.S. consumers spent $12 billion dollars on Black Friday alone, and retail analysts expect this year to be another record breaking year.
