Greensboro, NC -- Condor is looking for a loving home. He is a 4-year-old Greyhound. Condor is a happy and affectionate boy.
He was raised and raced in West Virginia, and was a good racer having been in 96 races over a 2 year period.
Condor is a big, tall boy and weighs in around 80 pounds. He was tested with our feline volunteer, and we think he will do fine living with a cat. That is a nice surprise considering he was such a good racer.
Condor is available for adoption at Greyhound Friends of North Carolina located at 2908-A Oak Ridge Road, Oak Ridge, NC 27310. The GFNC phone number is 336-643-0233 and our website is www.greyhoundfriends.com. The kennel is open 7 days a week, and visitors are welcome on weekdays and Sundays from 10 AM - 2 PM and on Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM. If necessary, appointments can be made for other times if pre-arranged.
Greyhound Friends welcomes new volunteers at the kennel, so give them a call if you are interested and can spare an hour or two per week. In addition, as a non-profit organization, Greyhound Friends "GREYTLY" appreciates monetary donations to feed and care for their kennel guests.
