What You Need To Know:
If we choose your band to be apart of the Good Morning Show, we will call or email you with a possible schedule time.
You must be available for a rehearsal with production staff and producers the Wednesday morning before your performance.
Bands must provide their own soundboard and monitor speakers. Also, we're asking for bands to provide someone to run their soundboards during the performances for the best possible audio quality.
Chosen bands must be in the studio and set up by 6:00am on the Friday of their performances. You would perform several times throughout the 6:00am and 7:00am newscasts.
All band members will be required to sign a form allowing WFMY News 2 the rights to air your original music on our air.
If you don't hear from us right away, don't worry. We've had an overwhelmingly great response so far, so it will take time to sort through all of the bands and schedule performances.
