No Excuse Exercise And A Healthy Eating Plan

Greensboro, NC - It's easy to come up with an excuse to get out of exercising.  Saying you are going to go to the gym or get some exercise in your daily routine is easier said than done. 

Geissler Baker with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension offers some ideas on how to overcome the barriers that hold you back from exercising.

Some tips include:
1. Schedule time in your daily routine for exercise.
2. Invite friends to join you for exercise or exercise with your kids.
3. Plan exercise during times when you are most energetic.

Geissler also talked about choosing a responsible and safe eating plan that is right for you.

When looking for a weight loss plan Geissler says it is important that the plan include healthy eating tips and encourages slow and steady weight loss.

Also make sure maintaining your weight loss is part of the plan.
