Asheboro, NC - Two sisters at Northeastern Randolph Middle School have made it their mission to save lives.
Julie and Gabby Griffin are working to train every staff member, including bus drivers and cafeteria workers, to become CPR and AED certified.
The twins are involved in school athletics and are interested in emergency readiness at the school.
Northeastern has one AED, an Automatic External Defibrillator, and the girls are helping them get another one.
They hope to reach their goals by November 13. Tonight on News 2 at 11, we speak to these girls and school leaders about their mission.
