Colfax, NC -- An inspector checked the Moose Cafe at the Farmers Market on Sandy Ridge Road in Colfax. He noted the restaurant needs to "cover all food containers in the fridge and freezer" and use proper storage techniques in walk-in cooler. He also cited the restaurant saying "food handlers must wear hair restraints." He noted repairs and cleaning needed. The Moose Cafe scored an 85.5 ... "B".
