Greensboro, NC -- Up first tonight, an inspector checked Rumba D'Cache on West Market Street in Greensboro. An inspector said moldy chicken, cheese and other foods must be discarded. Also, there was no sanitizer in the facility and the dish machine was not sanitizing. Rumba's score was an 81.5 ... "B".
An inspector visited Rice Cake on West Market Street in Greensboro. The report notes that there were no labels, receipts or evidence that the rice cakes were purchased from an approved source. The restaurant must not sell rice cakes until the evidence is provided. In addition, there were several flies in the restaurant. The score for Rice Cake was an 83.5 ... "B".
Next on the inspection list, El Pollo Rostizado on West Market Street in Greensboro. He says the facility has several flies and roaches visable in the food areas. Also, there was no sanitizer at the time of the inspection. The score for El Pollo Rostizado was 85 ... "B".
An inspector checked China Rose on North Main Street in Kernersville, the report states that employees should remove all food as soon as the buffet is over. This is a repeat violation. Also, employees should not store knives down crevices between prep tables to prevent contamination. The score for China Rose was 87 ... "B".
We have one more late "B" to report, Hitomi Japanese Restaurant on South Van Buren Road in Eden scored an 86 ... a "B".
An inspector re-checked the Wendy's on Peters Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem. The inspector noted flies present in the restaurant and need to make sure pest control is working on the issue. The restaurant has its "A" back with a score of 92.5

Yamato Japanese Restaurant on Samet Drive in High Point posted a 101.5
Backstreet Buzz Coffee House on Southwest Market Street in Reidsville posted a 101.
Soul Food Country Kitchen on Martin Luther King Junior Drive in Asheboro scored a 101.
Grey's Tavern on S. Elm Street in Greensboro posted a score of 101.
And China Gourmet on Oak Ridge Road in Oak Ridge posted a 101.
