Mickey Mouse Voted To Lead Guilford County Schools

The Guilford County Board of Elections released a list of write-in votes from last week's election.

More than a dozen voters wrote-in Mickey Mouse for school board. Disney cartoons Donald Duck and Minnie Mouse also got votes.

Voters also showed support for anybody else, anyone else, anyone but, and someone else.

Voters thought Joe the Plumber would be good at two jobs -- mayor of High Point and board of education.

How about a clown running our government Someone wrote in Bozo the Clown for Soil and Water Commissioner.
