
Sampson County, NC -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a child police believe was abducted.
The Sampson County Sheriff's Office is looking for 4-year-old Marlon Roman Torres. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with red flashing lights and green shorts.
The child is thought to be abducted by 31-year-old Jose Ramon Torres-Ventura. he was last seen wearing jeans and a beige shirt with cartoons on the front.
The child was taken from his home in Autryville, east of Fayetteville. The vehicle is a dark blue 1998 Ford Mustang GT with NC license tag number YTJ9175.
The man's pregnant girlfriend, Nalleli Taxilaga-Olea, told Sampson County deputies that he got into a fight and assaulted her. He also allegedly beat her 8-year-old son Monday night at their house. Taxilaga-Olea is 21 weeks pregnant with Torres-Ventura's child.
She says after the fight, Torres-Ventura broke all the phones in the house and told her he would kill their 4-year-old son if she called police.
