Millions of people take advantage of free shipping deals or deep discounted items.
Some stores are offering incentives like Walmart's "Cyber Week" or JC Penny's two-day deal.
And on Cyber Monday's website you can track hourly specials.

To shop efficiently online, here are some tips:
Make sure the website you're buying from is secure. It's a good thing to be familiar with the retailer.
Never use your debit card. Using a credit card makes it easier to dispute charges.
Monitor social networking sites for deals. This year retailers are spreading the word on Twitter and Facebook about deals to their loyal fans.
