Winston-Salem, NC -- Police say the human remains found in a dumpster at a Winston-Salem apartment complex are those of a woman that was reported missing on November 14th.

Officers say the remains were found at 1:44pm on Monday, by a person throwing garbage into the Plaza Apartment Complex's dumpster at 944 Manly Street in Winston-Salem.

The remains were positively identified as those of Constance Edwina Hall, 47, of Apple Street in Winston-Salem.

Tuesday, Winston-Salem said they are investigating Hall's death a homicide. Hall was reported missing on November 14th, and police were told she was last seen leaving her residence on foot on October 28th.

This is Winston-Salem's 14th Homicide for the year.
