Winston-Salem, NC -- Police in Winston-Salem have made an arrest in the death of 36 year-old Clarence Joseph Hart.
Hart was found shot to death by officers who were conducting a welfare check on Hart, around 12:21pm on Friday. Nurses, who made routine visits to Hart's Talcott Avenue house, called police when Hart failed to answer his door. Investigators said Hart was handicap and used a wheelchair to get around.
Monday, Detectives arrested and charged 19 year-old Madyson Michelle Renegar, of Winston-Salem, with First Degree Murder. Madyson was an acquaintance of Hart's, according to police.
Renegar is in the Forsyth County Detention Center with no bond.
