Greensboro, NC -- A trip to Scotland turned into a dream come true for a group of Weaver Academy students.
In the summer of 2010, the group of students were visiting Scotland for an arts festival when they caught a one-act play called "St. Aggies '84." The play is written by Chris Wynters, a Canadian singer, songwriter, composer and producer.
Keith Taylor, drama director at Weaver Academy, stopped by the Good Morning Show Friday. Taylor said he asked Wynters if his students could perform it, and Wynters offered to expand it to a full-length play.
You can watch the musical Friday, March 30th and Saturday, March 31st, at 7:00pm. Tickets are $12.00 cash only. The play is at Weaver Academy at 300 South Spring Street in Greensboro.
