BUFFALO, NY -- Federal prosecutors say a former U.S. Airways employee has been sentenced to two years on probation for conspiring to help a Buffalo drug dealer fly under her stepson's name.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Buffalo says 28-year-old Tinisha Tucker Anthony of Charlotte, N.C., pleaded guilty last year to a charge of conspiracy to commit fraud for getting a bogus birth certificate card for 31-year-old Derek Frank. He's set to be sentenced in June for his conviction on marijuana trafficking charges. Prosecutors say Anthony also used her stepson's name to arrange flights for Frank between Buffalo and Phoenix.

Three other people have already been sentenced in the case, including a former Transportation Security Administration officer got two years in prison for helping Frank.

Anthony's sentence was announced Tuesday.
