High Point, NC -- Stanley Furniture announced on Monday that they are moving to downtown High Point!

The furniture company said they will move their showroom and corporate offices to 200 N. Hamilton Street early next year and bringing jobs.

Stanley Furniture said they will add more than 40 jobs with an average salary $58,000 yearly.

The relocation gives Stanley Furniture three separate incentive packages from High Point, Guilford County, and the state, totaling $751,000 over the next three years.

"Stanley has been fortunate to attract and retain what I believe is one of our industry's most talented and capable management teams, and it is essential that we begin to work together under one roof," said Glenn Prillaman, Stanley Furniture Company President and CEO. "The opportunity we've been given to make that happen here in High Point, the furniture capital of the world and adjacent to our new showroom location where our product will remain on display year-round is very timely, given the changes we've taken our company through in recent years."

Stanley Furniture was founded in 1924.
