Winston-Salem -- Winston-Salem Police say there was a deadly crash on Reynolda Road, Saturday afternoon.
Police say Shawn Edward McCollum, 40, of Winston-Salem was turning left onto Winona Street off of Reynolda Road when a motorcycle collided with the rear of his tractor trailer.
Daniel Lee Eastman of Winston-Salem was driving the motorcycle. Police say he was pronounced dead at the scene and that speed appears to be a factor in the crash.
The trucker was not injured.
The Traffic Enforcement Unit of the Winston-Salem Police Department is investigating the crash.
