High Point, NC-- High Point Police was looking for a man who was also wanted by Thomasville police for attempted murder charges.
Monday morning, police said the suspect turned himself in to Thomasville Police Department. His bond is set at $1 million.
Detectives said Antonio Sherrod Steele, 23, of Thomasville, committed crimes in both Thomasville and High Point early Sunday morning.
Investigators tell WFMY that Steele shot into a house that had several people inside. No one was hit by the gunfire.
Steele is charged with Five counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, and One count of Assault on a Female. In addition to those warrants, Steele is wanted for Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault by Pointing a Gun and Larceny of a Motor Vehicle in Thomasville.
