(Burlington, NC) -- Burlington Police responded to a disturbance call Wednesday night at about 10:45 on Tucker St.
When officers arrived they found a 46-year-old black male lying unconscious on the side of the roadway with multiple head injuries.
The victim was transported to Alamance Regional Medical Center and later transferred to UNC Hospital for treatment. Currently the victim is listed in serious but stable condition.
Witnesses reported to officers a group of black males were seen punching and kicking the victim multiple times.
Yesterday afternoon, officers with the City/County Gang Crimes Task Force arrested all 3 individuals believed to be involved in the beating.
During the arrest, all 3 individuals resisted arrest and attempted to run, however they were all apprehended. All three were charged with Assault Inflicting Serious Bodily Injury and Resist, Delay and Obstruct. Rashard Moses and Willie Moore were given a $125,000.00 secured bond. Ronell Jackson was given a $100,000.00 secured bond. All three are currently in the Alamance County Jail.
