Guilford County, NC -- If you're traveling on I-40E this morning, be prepared for a few delays.
The NC Department of Transportation has shut down the three left lanes of I-40E/I-73S near N.C. 68 to paint the road. Crews are expected to reopen the lanes at 2 pm.
Officials ask that you use extreme caution while traveling through the area.
