Burlington, NC -- A Burlington pedestrian is recovering after a man hit her with his car.
Kimberly Michelle Ector, was walking across N. Church St. when Juan Carlos Cruz hit her with his Nissan Altima.
Police say Cruz was unable to see Ector in time to avoid hitting her.
Ector was transported to Alamance Regional Medical Center, but her condition is unknown at this time.
No charges were filed in relation to the accident. Cruz, however, was charged for driving without a license.
Burlington Police
