WFMY -- We want to send a few Father's Day greetings that are a little close to home.  

Let's begin with Leigh and her dad Jabby. They just had some great family time at the beach, and she is definitely Daddy's little girl.

Liz Crawford took this picture with her Dad Tom down in Key West, recently.  She says he knows her and how she will react better than any other person.

We already know Vince Formica had his hands full with Brian, and it looks like outdoor life for them has been the ticket to a whole lot of fun.

It's Carol Andrews here, and I have to admit I sometimes struggle with Father's Day, missing my dad who died in 1983. But like so many, I live his legacy.  My Dad was a tough as nails soldier, and I like to think I got just a little of that.  

But, he's not the only Dad or children I'm remembering. Many of you, like me, are missing your Dads.  I want to tell you about three.  We lost my friends Rich Brenner, Chris Grantham of Trinity and Colin Hughes of Denton since last Father's Day. They were awesome dads! So to their children, Less and shawn, Emmie and jake, Benny, Colleen and Frank, I see their legacy in you.
