Greensboro, NC -- Greensboro City council members discussed the Greensboro Performing Arts Center for more than an hour.
In the end, they decided they will not put a $20 million bond on the November ballot. Instead, they decided to put the issue on the ballot no earlier than the spring, in April or May. The council feels they need more time to answer questions about cost and location.
Council also voted to approve the $451 million city budget.
