Well, 13 year-old business owner Graham Morphis. He is the owner and proprietor of Snow Pups, a New Orleans-style Snow Ball stand.
Graham says the difference between the New Orleans Snow Ball and the typical Snow Cone is the consistency of the ice. The Snow Cone ice is hard and crunchy, whereas, the New Orleans-style Snow Ball is like a fluffy snow flake, which Graham says gives them a unique taste.
He has various flavors like cherry, mango, Tutti Fruitti and birthday cake; he's also thinking of adding sugar free flavors.
The Snow Pups stand is located right beside Emma Key's Flatop Grill on Walker Ave.
