Burlington, NC -- Police are looking for man they say robbed the Dollar General at 3549 S. Church St.
According to a police report, the man, wearing a blue "Cookie Monster" hat, approached the store clerk, showed his gun and demanded money.
The clerk handed over the money and was not injured.
The suspect ran from the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
Alamance County Sheriff's Office, along with Elon and Gibsonville Police are investigating the robbery.
