Semi Carrying Animal Waste Overturns Closing Part Of Highway 29 North For Hours In Greensboro

Greensboro, NC -- Police shutdown U.S. 29 North at East Wendover Avenue due to an overturned tractor trailer.

The highway reopened around 9:45 Sunday night. 

Police tell us the driver was not seriously injured. The truck was filled with animal waste and some of the contents spilled onto the highway, according to police.
