Greensboro, N.C. -- Cone Health has swapped out traditional cotton sheets for a new product: DermaTherapy sheets. Cone says the new sheets are safer, cleaner and healthier.
According to Cone, researchers found patients using the DermaTherapy sheets had 81.5 percent fewer bed sores while staying in the hospital.
The linens look like cotton sheets, but feel like silk when you touch them. The fabric also wicks away moisture which helps promote faster healing.
