Newport, TN-- A motorcyclist is injured but alive after a close encounter with wildlife.
It's a "beary" interesting story!
Harry Koziorynsky of Pickens, SC was riding along I-40 in Cocke County, Tennesses when he collided with a bear that crossed in front of him, according to the Asheville Citizen Times.
Koziorynsky is recovering from five broken ribs, a punctured lung and a new nick name from friends "the Bear Man".
"The Bear Man" is expect to make a full recovery.
There was no information released on the whereabouts of the bear or how much damage the motorcycle sustained.
