(Winston-Salem)  --  This morning at approximately 9:50, Officers with the Winston Salem Police Department responded to a reported bank robbery at the Bank of America located at 1300 E 5th St.

During the investigation it was learned that a W/M suspect entered the bank and demanded money from one of the tellers. After obtaining an undetermined amount of money the suspect left the bank on foot and was last seen running South/East from the bank.

The suspect is described as being approximately 6'-6" tall, weighing at least 210lbs, wearing sunglasses, a white shirt, white polo jacket, green shorts and tennis shoes. The suspect appears to have a mole or some other birth mark on his left temple area. Snap shots from the surveillance footage from the bank are attached to this release.
