Asheboro, NC -- A man has turned himself in for a murder he commited over the weekend.
The Randolph County Sheriff's Office reports that Jeffrey Cash turned himself in on Monday after murdering someone on Saturday.
Cash is charged with murder and failure to appear in court for an unrelated traffic offense. He is currently held in the Randolph County Jail under no bond for the murder charge and $7,500 bond with electronic house arrest for the failure to appear.
He has a first appearance scheduled for July 24, 2012 in Randolph County District Court.
