(Winston-Salem. NC) -- After a thorough investigation, The Yadkin County Sheriff's Office Detectives gathered enough evidence to arrest Charles Cecil Lashley, 51, of Peace Haven Road, Winston-Salem.
Lashely has been charged with Crime Against Nature, 1st Degree Sex Offense on a Child, Rape of a Child, 2 counts of Indecent Liberties with a Minor and Sexual Battery and was arrested on Sunday July 22, 2012.
He was placed in the Forsyth County Jail and is currently under a $250,000 secured bond. These offenses were alleged to have occurred in 2009.
