Winston-Salem, NC -- Every Saturday a group of volunteers cleans up the plot of land at Happy Hills cemetery, but one Saturday, the group found something a bit unusual.
Architect David Gall and the team found a piece of decorative molding hiding under some brush in the cemetery.
The group did some research and later found that the molding was from Winston-Salem's old town hall. The building was constructed in 1892; the molding was part of the arched entrance to the building.
Take a look as the volunteers and photojournalist Mark Franklin look back at the historic discovery.
