Peabody, MA -- State police say a 12-year-old boy steered his family's car to safety after his dad suffered from a seizure while driving down Interstate 95.
Officers said the boy took the wheel, steered the car into a southbound breakdown lane and pressed the brakes.
He then used his dad's cell phone to call 911 and brought his 9-year-old, special needs sister to safety behind a guardrail.
The boy's name hasn't been released.
His dad is now in a hospital in good condition after falling unconscious at the scene.
