Germanton, NC -- A third suspect has been identified and arrested in a shooting that left one dead and another in critical condition in Stokes County, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Garrette Wayne Bunch Jr., 25, was arrested just after 1:45 p.m. Saturday and placed in the Stokes County Jail.
His involvement in the shooting is still unclear.
Officers arrested Garrette Wayne Bunch Sr., 58, and Brandi Leigh Robinson, 28, Friday at an inn in King. Both are now facing murder charges.
Deputies say Bunch and Garrette entered a trailer home on Rill Road and shot Brandon Ray Hill and Brian Keith McGee. McGee was pronounced dead on the scene. Hill was taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center where he is listed in critical condition.
Bunch and Robinson were arrested after a motel employee heard a report on the news and noticed their truck fit the description of the truck officers described and called 911.
