(Raleigh, NC) -- The NCDOT North will be closing the southbound U.S. 421 ramp at the Colfax Exit (Exit 16) in Kernersville tomorrow (Wednesday, Dec. 12) from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
The closing is needed so crews can make repairs to the shoulder of the road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: If you are heading south on I-40 Business/U.S. 421, take Exit 15 or you can follow I-40 Business, which reconnects with U.S. 421 South. A map of the area can be viewed here.
