WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden were sworn in to a second term Sunday in private ceremonies, but Monday, the two will take the oath of office in a public celebration in the nation's capital.

8:30 a.m.: Motorcade departs White House for St. Johns
8:40 a.m.: Motorcade arrives at St. Johns
8:45 a.m.: The President and First Lady attend a church service
9:45 a.m.: Church service concludes
10 a.m.: Motorcade arrives at White House
10:10 a.m.: Congressional delegation arrives at White House
10:45 a.m.: Motorcade departs White House for Capitol Hill
11 a.m.: Motorcade arrives at Capitol - The President and First Lady meet with the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies, etc.
11:25 a.m.: The President and First Lady take seats at Inaugural Platform
11:30 a.m.: Inauguration Ceremonies Begin - ceremonies include remarks by Congressional leaders, the invocation from Myrlie Evers-Williams, entertainment, VP Biden's Oath of Office
12 p.m.: The President is sworn in - 21 Cannon Salute with Hail to the Chief, and the inaugural address.
12:20 p.m.: Soloist performs
