High Point, NC -- It's Tuesday and time to take a break from the normal mid-week routine and enjoy a night out!
Tuesday is Dine Out Day for the United Way of greater High Point.
If you eat out at one of 72 participating restaurants in the greater High Point area, the restaurant will donate 10 percent of their profits to the United Way of High Point. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
"Grab your friends, your family, your coworkers and come join us," said Sarah Baker, with the United Way of High Point.
The Blue Zucchini in High Point is one of the restaurants participating.
Corey Carlisle, owner of The Blue Zucchini, joined the Good Morning Show crew on Tuesday to show off some of the dishes they're serving to the crowds.
"We've donated before, but we're involved like this, we really feel like we're helping our community," Carlisle said.
If you'd like to dine out for a good cause, you can find the list of participating restaurants by visiting www.unitedwayhp.org or calling 336-889-0871.
