Caswell County Man Charged With Indecent Liberties Caswell County, NC -- Deputies arrested a man on Wednesday and charged him with Indecent Liberties with a minor. Jeffrey Dean Pruitt, 45, of Providence, NC is charged with two felony counts of Indecent Liberties with a Minor. Investigators are not releasing the age of the minor involved.
