High Point, NC -- The Childcare Network in Archdale recently held a "bounce-a-thon" to raise money for the cause.
Today ... The kids came to the Charles E. and Pauline Lewis Hayworth Cancer Center in High Point. The kids proudly bounced up and down and presented the hospital with a check for $150.00
"My favorite part is we raised money for the people," says 8-year-old Melanie. She said it's really good to do some good for other people.
Though the money does not seem like much, it means a lot to those suffering with cancer.
"A $150 hundred is huge in terms of what it can do make the life of one of our cancer patients better during their treatment," says Janet Forrest, Manager of Oncology Services.
The kids then released pink balloons to remember those who have had breast cancer.
